When we ask God for guidance, and submit ourselves as living sacrifices to Him, to do according to His will, and submit our mind/thoughts, mouth/words, hands/actions, heart/spirit and feet, then we give the power for the Holy Spirit to be in control of all of these areas. When we are a little insecure throughout the day, then remind yourself that you have the mind of Christ; that you can do all things through Christ Jesus, who strengthens you!
By speaking confessions of faith, we feed our spirit with the Words of God and make things happen in our lives supernaturally. That is intentionally or naturally living super-naturally, or super-naturally living naturally. By being aware of the power that is eminated from the words we speak - whether by faith or through fear, positive or negative, every single one of our words have the power of either one or the other, in being or becoming a blessing or being or becoming a curse toward ourselves, or toward others around us.
- I follow Jesus - John 10:27.
- Today and every day I will hear what the Spirit of God is saying, and I will not harden my heart or shove aside His promptings - Hebrews 3:7,8.
- Your Word, Lord, is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path - Psalm 119:105.
- You lead me in paths of righteousness for Your name's sake - Psalm 23:3.
- The steps of a good man or woman are ordered by the Lord - Psalm 37:23.
- The Lord guides me with His counsel - Psalm 73:24.
- As I am a giving and compassionate person, showing God's mercy to others, the Lord will guide me continually - Isaiah 58:11.
- The Spirit of truth lives in me and He will guide me into all that is truth. He will show me things to come as I allow Him to speak into my life - John 16:13,14.
- I have the mind of Christ - 1 Corinthians 2:16.
- The Holy Spirit is in me to reveal the hidden things that I cannot see with my natural eyes. I believe that God gives me the spirit of wisdom and revelation (true insight) through a growing knowledge of Him so that the eyes of my understanding are enlightened; that I may know what is the hope of His calling and the riches of His glory and inheritance is in His saints and what is His greatness to us who believe - Luke 12:2; 1 Corinthians 2:9,10; Ephesians 1:17-19.
- I will trust in the Lord with all my heart and I will not lean to my own understanding. In all my ways I will acknowledge Him, and He will direct my paths - Proverbs 3:5,6.
